The Philippine UFO Enquirer is still in its conceptual form. A weekly tabloid/newsmagazine dealing with the UFO/ET phenomena and Exopolitics (the study of the key individuals, political institutions and processes associated with extraterrestrial life), Antonio Ari Israel – acting publisher and UFO/ET consultant, projects to draw good readership from the planned publication, targeting both young and matured audiences interested in UFOs/ETs, the unexplained, spirituality, awakening of consciousness and conspiracy theories.

Still, many may argue that any unnatural condition attached to the head of state such as voluntary childlessness is never important. To them, nothing is more vital than determined and competent leadership. Thereby anything else that is personal or outside the functional quadrant of the Pres. Aquino’s affairs is irrelevant. Let alone, none of such matters related to his single or “uncommitted” status should be considered a setback.

For Servant Israel, he is aware that from the modern world context, the marital status is of no prime importance. Neither it should be used as an indicator of success or failure. But in spite, Israel is starting a personal campaign that will urge Pres. Aquino to get a wife who will bear him a child. So what’s the rationale?

In a phone interview, Israel expressed his fears of grand scale calamities befalling the nation because the head of state is practically defying a Divine Law.

He said, “P-Noy should know that childlessness is inauspicious for the country let alone, deliberate childlessness. And whatever heavenly consequences are meted for such a defiance, we Filipinos are also bound to suffer the consequences because he is our leader. I won’t bother reminding him had he not been elected to the highest position of the land.”

Israel also quoted a few verses to illustrate that the Bible is against childlessness by saying: “If what this prophecy says is true, what grace from God can we expect from our leader P-Noy? This is what the LORD says in Jer. 22:30 (NIV): ‘Record this man as if childless, a man who will not prosper in his lifetime, for none of his offspring will prosper, none will sit on the throne of David or rule anymore in Judah.’

From the above, it’s clear that the Scripture points to children as a divine gift and barrenness a curse. Worse, deliberate childlessness is surely a defiance, a revolt against God’s design.

The Servant is dismayed: “It is detestable to imagine that P-Noy could be guilty of this. Therefore, he should reform and breed for I see great disasters coming to this country unless he heeds now.”

Servant Israel further cited the devastation in Australia as example. He said, “the recent flooding in Queensland was the worst natural disaster in Australia’s history. Julia Gillard as Noy Aquino is childless, unmarried. I believe P-Noy’s greatest nemesis is the wrath of nature. Count the calamities that have befallen RP. Too many in just months after assuming office. In the last Presidential elections, I prayed, “God, don’t give me a bad president again.” Indeed He granted. But this time, my president has the potential of becoming the worst president ever unless P-Noy lifts the curse of being childless.

Yet there’s a difference. Israel has some images to back his claims and none of these were made by human hands but through the works of some unknown beings encompassing time travel or quantum theories. He acquired these visual materials through enigmatic circumstances ten years ago (2000 and 2001) and dealt since in discerning its meaning, notwithstanding his role and purpose of this whole affair.

In providing some background on how he arrived at assuming that the descriptions of the Suffering Servant fitted him, Israel stressed: “the idea didn’t come from me. I was introduced to it. Yet I didn’t yield to it at any previous instance without obtaining anything more than the inaugural UFO footages I got, to substantiate a claim which was not originally mine.”

“It took the divine celestial workers to display glorious splendors even more and almost ten years of personal search to understand. I sacrificed and toiled to obtain the reason and wisdom I needed. And today, I boldly say, the man who opened my eyes to walk this way could be right all along. Henceforth, I’m taking the role.”

The Inaugural Sighting

This whole affair began on September 3, 2000, Sunday, around 7:00pm. It was the first day of the week starting the UN Millennium Summit at the UN Headquarters in New York.

I saw two flare-like objects emerging from both sides of the moon – one appeared from the left and the other from the right. The scarlet-reddish color both objects were emitting affected the lunar shade as if the moon was bleeding. The moon gradually restored its usual color as the two objects moved farther away.

(Please note: The sight of which seemingly matched what in Joel 2:31 says: “The sun shall be turned into darkness and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come.”)

I could still reckon how these two objects traversed the skies at great speed. To my estimate, it took them not more than 10 minutes to cross and pass above me. And I counted not less than 12 UFOs traveling at similar pace (in squadron formation) while some of my neighbors said that the number was even more.

The fleeting display gave me an eerie feeling while filming. And quickly, this impression developed in my mind. Since most world leaders and their entourage were preparing for the gathering of world leaders at the UN – opening September 7th, it seemed likely to me that the ET counterparts were also attending an important intergalactic gathering parallel to the earthly/global version of the UN Millennium Summit.

The last of these objects passed above around 8:20pm. After covering the event, I started to feel uneasy. I lost my appetite for dinner (9:00pm) and consumed just a third of my regular portion. The general feeling was sulfuric, nauseaic and hot. Thinking I must have been exposed to something radioactive, the body heat stayed on for almost three weeks. A police officer named Tony Vergara couldn’t bear my hot palms laid flat his back. In as little as two minutes, he asked me to take my hands off and said: “stop, I got enough of your alien energy already.”

Strange Visitor

On January 1, 2001, a stranger who introduced himself as Dr. Jimmy Javier came to my house and expressed his purpose for seeing me. He showed an array of neatly-clipped articles from a broadsheet regarding the UFO sighting incident that I got involved with. He asked me several times if my surname was indeed Israel and I would say yes every time.

And he told me, “I came, though you know me not previously, to tell you this UFO sighting and recordings you got were impeccable signs assuring us that God will fulfill His promise very soon. And that UFO experience of yours was created solely for you, Mr. Antonio Israel. Your surname Israel is well attested in Isaiah.”

And he continued saying, “your first name Antonio sounds ‘unto new’ and nickname Tony means ‘modernized’ so, if we put that together, we have “unto new” and “tony” Israel. Please don’t think I’m crazy but this I tell you, I was sent by God to explain to you your role. And that’s my mission. After this, I turn the key over to you.”

So moments later, he unloaded a bagful of bibles of different versions, started preaching and citing salient biblical verses to support a conjecture. Face-to-face, Dr. Javier unleashed his depth of knowledge and introduced this theory suggesting that I am the Servant Israel being referred to in the Book of Isaiah. But I understood nothing about any Servant Israel or any key. All the while, the biblical Israel I knew pertained to the chosen people, now a nation.

After three consecutive visits, I excused on the fourth. Perhaps sensing my waning interest, he did not come back for a fifth. Admittedly, I was amazed by such possibility but I had my own reservations. Besides, I needed logical validations other than what the Bible says. Still, how could I accept or reject any of the points he raised out of my unknowingness. So I recollected in my thoughts the verses he patiently pitched and started digging for answers in the Bible.

Symbolic Images: ET Manipulated?

Dr. Javier’s eye-opener coincided the time when I was on the early stages of fleshing-out images of ETs popping and merging into selected scenes of video recordings dating back and prior to September 3, 2000 – my first UFO encounter. The mysteriously-generated images blended well with the original scenes as if the ETs were there when the shots were taken.

I suspected that the streak of light from a UFO which hit the lens of my camera was a deliberate act to superimpose images containing messages of some messianic or prophetic importance.

Indeed, Dr. Javier must have been urged by some unseen force to provide me guidance because he showed up at a time when I was too desperate for guidance. Nobody could offer any help. Even the renowned foreign UFO experts I consulted via the Internet (circa 2000-2001) would not know how to deal with the images. The best result I got was from Dr. Jaime Licauco – guru of Philippine paranormal studies, whom I visited and said: “nobody can help you interpret those pictures except yourself.”

Two weeks of work – between researching and converting videos to photos, I began collecting these pictures of ET-origin. And a few of these would correspond with certain descriptions found in the Book of Prophets and in the Revelations.

And from that juncture, Dr. Javier had succeeded in leading me where to start digging for correlations and probable connections. But insofar as the “Servant” aspect, not yet – for I was blind and couldn’t see the connection. However, the idea persisted in my thoughts.

To date, there are many more images left for discernment but I am quite comfortable with the possible meanings that I’ve deducted for each based on my humble assumptions. Yet there’s one peculiar image that from the very beginning has enchanted me. And there’s no riddance of its visual renderings in my head, urging me not to rest until I get the symbolic meaning albeit, the identity of the face of a non-human being in the portrait.

Second Nighttime Encounter

Twenty days after Dr. Javier’s first visit, I had my second UFO encounter on January 21st. As with the first, this incident occurred shortly past 7:00pm on a Sunday and also had a corresponding significance, for that date marked the first day in office of two presidents – George W. Bush and Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. The latter’s inauguration was unprecedented because elected Philippine presidents would assume office on June 30, unless otherwise replaced or ousted.

What happened in 2001 was, Vice-President Arroyo replaced the deposed President Estrada and was sworn-in as the new Philippine president on the same date as Bush assumed office on January 20, my birthday. Looking back, the deposed Estrada could have prevented the events from deteriorating further to his downfall. But history has it, events rolled as if Estrada seemed to just have allowed things to go wrong. Why? I don’t know.

In the later years, I would guess that Arroyo was perhaps vested with the intention of representing the moon while Bush, the sun. And to produce some form of mystical marriage, both took their oaths on the same day. It symbolically suggests that when the other leader is asleep, the other is awake to maintain world order for 24 hours at 12-hour duty intervals – considering further that the Philippines and Washington are 12 hours apart. There must have been some kind of ‘magickal’ intervention which made this ‘tandem-inaugural’ to happen.

From the second sighting however, I did not catch any somatic discomfort. Yet, that’s just one difference compared with the first.

The above incident occurred in the Visayas and not in Luzon. I was not inland but onboard a ship vessel en route to Manila from Iloilo when I encountered a lone star-like object. The light was not red orange or scarlet red as with the first, but the color was shiny silver that could be mistaken as Venus at an altitude obviously lower than any star. It swayed majestically above the sea.

And I thought it was Venus when I first spotted it. But my heart thumped telling me it was not. So I aimed my camera at the bright object. Then the light toned down, allowing me to capture a finer definition and indeed it was a dome-shaped vessel. It resembled a cylindrical pagoda or temple having layers above and below the mid-section where an opening could be seen. The video also showed images of living creatures on-board. Then it shimmered back to its glittering state until I lost track of the object when the sailing ship veered to follow its course.

First Daytime Encounter

At exactly 12:05pm Philippine Standard Time – April 9, 2001, a stunning light in midday summertime triggered a personal hunch that “they” are out there asking me to roll the videocam and so I took a few minutes worth of shots. This phenomenal apparition came into view as a bright light that appeared from an estimated aerial distance of not more than 3 kilometers across my bedroom window.

From a distance, it could be ignored and thought of as the sunlight bouncing-off from a huge mirror. The UFO occasionally vibrates with intense whiteness, and the glare has intermittently defeated my focus on the subject, and certain exposure adjustments were necessary.

A good friend of mine – Dieter Bosh from Belgium was amazed when he saw the above footage from last week’s update. In a frantic note he said, “Tony, this is too much. What you have caught on video is a Pleiadian Vessel.”

He added: “similar crafts of these type appeared during the Mexican Wave in the late 90′s. They came from the seven Pleiades and seemed to me that they are of Lyrans-Vegans in origin. They leave because of the ORION-SIRIUS wars. They come around for peace, and to establish contacts and to confederate with other interstellar peacemakers.

Left photo (No. 1) was derived from the sighting footage, while the other (No. 2 to your right) was obtained through “image-inserts.” One may ask – where does the similarity lies? (Take note of the encircled numbers and match it closely from one another).

The actual footage revealed that the craft was at a steady state, while the other showed the craft steered by the same entity (encircled as No. 2); in an apparent “hot-pursuit” mode. Ergo, it is safe to presume allegorically at the least, that craft-transformations do occur and their appearance varies in strict accordance with their traversal-pace.

Another friend of mine, this time from Romania asked, “Tony, I don’t understand. ET’s are known to be technologically advanced, but why would the “Commander” choose to stay outside the craft while he can comfortably sit inside and steer the craft behind an illustrious control panel?”

And my response was: “I certainly cannot offer a concrete answer, but we must remember that we are dealing with ETs and not with an airline pilot. True indeed they are eons away compared from what we have achieved technologically, and this could be the main reason why the Commander can sustain all velocity pressures without the risks of ripping his head off. Besides, the best way to steer a chariot is to rein the horses from the outside, is it not?”

He added: “people find me hard to convince. That’s why it probably took the divine workers extraordinary efforts to display my God’s glorious splendors to me even more. Still, those were not enough to make me declare something I knew nothing about. So I suffered and toiled for ten years to obtain the knowledge, reason and wisdom I needed to substantiate a claim which was not originally mine.”

Having some veritable clues today, Servant Israel boldly declared: “I now believe that the strange man who opened my eyes to walk this way could be right all along. I won’t be bothered by what people might say. All I care about is how to accomplish my tasks for my God. And I’m therefore assuming the role of the Suffering Servant without any personal reservation or doubt of sorts anymore.”

Concerning the god he wishes to name and reintroduce, he said, “God’s attributes were already made known to man. In the Bible, the God of Israel is commonly described as the Lord Almighty but it never discloses His name, character and genesis. Thereby as His Servant, and now His name and character were finally revealed to me most recently, it is therefore my duty to Him to announce his Name to the Nations.”

Servant Israel, as Tony now prefers to be called, welcomes institutional inquiries over two serious claims, namely: the identity (the Name and image) of the God of Israel and, reasons for believing he is the Servant Israel referred in Isaiah.

He also wishes to enlighten and speak to the public through media interviews, symposiums and group conferences.

The first leg will start in Banawe, Ifugao in January 2011 and will be repeated across the islands in different camp locations every month thereafter.

Each seminar is packed with composites of practical and indigenous knowledge (vital for habitat survival) as well as philosophical and spiritual/messianic paradigms.

Completion requires a 4-day/3night immersion due to the amount of information that needs to be lectured to and absorbed by participants. Highlights include ‘divine light/merkavah’ cleansing and unveiling of the God of Israel.

According to Servant Antonio Israel – leader of the House of Israel (HOI), the increasing number and emerging telltale signs have augmented the predictability of the impending ‘End of the Great
Cycle’ slated on December 21, 2012 in the Mayan Calendar.

Aware of these, alongside the heavenly specters he witnessed ten years ago, he believes that the time has come to fulfill his great obligation of disclosing to the people the knowledge that was
revealed to him by those he calls “divine beings.”

Servant Israel adds, “I won’t forgive myself if something terrible happens to the deserving people who would perish due to my failure of warning or offering them guidance. Neither my God will absolve my soul if I let this chance pass by without telling what the people deserve to
know. I leave to freewill whether they accept or reject it.”

Servant Israel also stated why the choice of venue is progressively selective. He said: “part of the objective of this in camp seminar is to identify ideal locations where people could seek refuge. I’m certain that a pre-knowledge of some safer ground enhances survivability through better informed decisions.”

He further stressed: “with the concept of familiarity in mind, the workshops have to be done in areas that do not only offer sound advantages but have the conditions closer to ones familiar habitat where participants are expected to gather and act during the actual stages of survival.”

Hence, starting with the Ifugaos of Banawe in January 2011, who knows when one of these seminal undertakings might end somewhere with the company of the Manobos in Mt. Apo, Davao by December?”

With the children’s testimonies, coupled by the cartographic sketches that were rendered, both given aspects sparked the hunch that this might be the starting episode of my personal search for the Stargate. And to make things more astonishing, the relevance of time was a shocking surprise.

Two days before this affair was brought to my attention, I told my good friend Chino Revilla about my Stargate adventure. He subsequently wrote and submitted an online press statement on September 26, 2010, Sunday. And to be honest, I did not have any prior knowledge of any encounter such as this. Nobody in Iloilo even notified me. The only time I came to know about this was in the afternoon of September 28th, Tuesday, when Noy Pedrosa shared this video with me. So I decided to leave Cebu and ship landed on October 1st in Iloilo.

My first visit to Lawigan was on October 2, Saturday. But the folks were busy over an important parish church activity and I was not able to speak with any witness. This time, I settled for information circulating in the community. I also had a brief talk with the acting parish priest, Rev. Fr. Rex Jiloca, who happens to be my brother-in-law. He also had an inexplicable experience, though nobody could tell whether such was related to the phenomenon I was interested in. Nor anybody was sure whether there was indeed an attack, as there was no harm or injury done to anyone has ever been reported.

From Escalantera, I went back to Lawigan on October 4, Monday and spoke first with Jo Ed Alvareza, who, according to the TV report, came in close contact with a creature.

The Third Encounter with Jo Ed Alvareza

Alvareza said, the cartographic sketches shown on television were based on what he saw when the light came in contact with the face of a strange being. Though the facial features were similar to the description given by one of the girls (Judel Ann), Alvareza stressed that he didn’t see what the girls saw. He got involved only during the purported third attack by a lone creature which was on September 26th and not during the first encounter when two girls Clarissa and Judel Ann witnessed seven beings in their priestly garments, walking on the beach in the early evening of September 22nd. Hence, there could be an error in assuming that the seven figures shown in one of the cartographic sketches was what Alvareza had seen, although it was made known that those seven had identical facial features.

According to Alvareza, there were three known episodes in all. To him, all those three were related. The last two events happened in a space of two days after the first instance on September 22, then on the 24th and 26th.

Because of the first incident, folks in the barangay were advised to stay vigilant. Due to the unknown risks they were facing in the midst of another unknown, men were gathered to protect the area for some possible recurrence.

On the night of September 24 between 9:00 and 10:00 pm, a pregnant woman believed she saw a creature sneaking and peeking-in from the window outside her hut. So the woman called the attention of some patrolling men and they immediately responded. Armed with blades and flashlights they searched the nearby premises. Some climbed the hill. A few came down the shoreline, but there was nothing. Neither a trace nor a clue could be found the next morning.

Two nights passed. Between 11 pm to 12 midnight, Alvareza heard a frantic cry from the same pregnant woman who at that time, was inside her hut watching TV. Alvareza responded. With his flashlight on, he glanced upon the face of a lone creature who was close and across to where he stood. He saw the creature’s eyes glowed redder and bigger as the stream of light touched some portions of its forehead.

Alvareza was conditioned to engage. Prepared to chase and lunge the blade when necessary. But he couldn’t move and stood stunned as if some powerful force froze him. He could hardly grasp for air and felt a hard pressure from his throat down to his chest. All the good he could be at that point was to stay stunned and become a witness to how the creature disappeared in a single bound. He said, his eyes nearly missed that chance because it leapt just as quickly that even by a short brink, the eyes would miss where it went from point A to point B.

After the show, Ada Luna told me and Rey about the aura she saw . She said, “while I was engaged on the microphone, she was seeing a strong reptilian/alien character speaking in my stead.” In short, what she saw was a different creature other than my human appearance and asserts that I’m an alien.

A brief telepathic session with Luna fortified that belief.

As I was in someway transmitting my thoughts to her telepathically, she rendered what she received and spoke about it verbally to my discernment. On a previous occasion online, Luna already amazed me twice. But the third time was different because there was a person-to-person contact.

Now that some of the salient matters were deciphered, part of Ada’s observations coincided with the comment made by Dr. Jaime Licauco, when I met-up with him in 2001. He said: “Tony, you are an alien.” But at that time, it was still too vague for me to grasp its meaning.

As years went on and through some certain ‘lessons’ I acquired, it slowly made sense. Linking what I was born with (see attached photos) plus my close encounters bring to light what I could possibly be – a descendant of an alien and perhaps from the reptilian bloodline as signs of which can be seen below.

Rey took pictures of my scaly hands. And he’s very aware of the possible relevance or implication. I also told Rey that I have that suspicion but have kept it secret. But it is no longer now, since I entrusted part of what should be revealed to Ada Luna during our telepathic session.

With the initial support I got from Rey, Nick and Ada, I was nonetheless encouraged to post these pictures here and on my FB page. I’m doing this not for publicity but towards paving a path to discovery which in turn may help me in my quest and enlighten us altogether at the same time.

A1: I was skeptical about UFOs prior to my experience.

“Before this, I have seen a lot of pictures of UFO sightings. But I had been skeptical and I had my own doubts. I believed UFO sightings were only 20 percent true,” Israel said…..

But now that he himself has the proof of UFO sightings, all of Israel’s doubts have all but gone. “After this, I’m convinced now. There is no doubt, we are not alone” …..

When queried whether he believed the bright lights he caught on camera were extraterrestrial, Israel said “What else can I say? The footage speaks for itself.”

Q2. Does your first encounter changed a lot of things in your life? Belief?

A2: Brief experiential account/life story:

In a short time I’ve enjoyed the ‘material life’ as I was once engaged in a successful business enterprise. I relied on my intelligence, knowledge and persona that helped me developed my confidence to win. There were times however, as I realized it now, that I went ‘overboard’ in some of my affairs – both personal and professional. Gradually, I lost all those physical/mental traits and qualities, including all the material wealth I once had.

You may now be aware about the extraordinary UFO encounters (of the third up to fourth kind) I had, but not probably much about the changes it brought into my life ten years after. Though the impact didn’t come all at a sudden, the transformation was gradual as in, the assignments and lessons being taught were progressively supplied step-by-step.

Slowly, I would ascend spiritually but my physical needs (financial, family, etc.) would pull my feet back to the ground. I went on attempting to live a normal life and tried to resuscitate my vigor for material interests but in vain. All the while, I have not really been effective all the time in dealing with earthly affairs (job, business, family) in the past ten years, because the thought about UFOs, spiritual and messianic stuffs, etc. have been hovering above my head since the time I encountered them in 2000-2001 (my last encounter was in 2004).
Imagine I went through different career changes that were far off my education and career, previous to my encounters.

The situation for me was so tight that I feel I could not do anything anymore except to pursue my mission because the circumstances are all leading me to only one direction – “pursue a mission” though at times I feel confused and ask: what that might be?

Deep in my head, I know this was something that I should have done many years ago. But I shunned it aside and went on trying to live a normal productive live. The outcome ranged from fair to disastrous that no matter what I do, the situation falls back to physical desperation.

Q3. Aside from taking videos of UFOs, what other studies you do about
extra-terrestrial beings?

A3: On January 1, 2001, a stranger came to my house in Las Pinas. He introduced me to the Bible and taught me the verses where I could seek meaning to my encounter. I started on by reading Ezekiel (he was believed to have seen UFOs) and studied the book of Isaiah – because as the man has told me, my name (Israel) matches what the verses say in the Servant Song (Isa. 49; Isa. 52:13 to 53:12).

After exhausting all chapters in the Bible, still, questions in my head remain unanswered. I spent 10 years moonlighting to and fro for answers. I said moonlighting, because I feel I never had given 100% of my time to search for them. Besides I have that terrible fear of losing ‘family economics’ which drove me to a series of career-shifts and misadventures, though everything ended-up (after 9 years) to the point when I have nothing left but to seek out and ask them (in desperation): Ano ba talaga ang gusto ninyong gawin ko para sa inyo?! (This was around in the second quarter of 2009).

A day later, I had a lucid dream telling me to read something on Egyptian mythology.

Since I would now have the time to spend researching, it was no longer difficult for me to find the corresponding meaning of the graphic symbolisms, UFO videos/encounters, the unforgettable dreams I had and the Bible – with the Egyptian mythology. Alas the vault opened ala abracadabra and it now seems that I have eaten from the Tree of Knowledge.

So what does this mean?

I must hence admit that my earlier notions about them as beings from some intergalactic community shifted to a higher level of consciousness in the ‘divine company.’ What I am experiencing now is the partial but substantial realization of the answers I was seeking for a long time. The manifestations recorded in the materials I have speak more on and about the affairs of the divine rather than matters spoken of them patterned after Star Wars and the Battle Star Galactica.

Dr. JJ Hurtak, a noted scholar and researcher said to the effect that, time is forthcoming for the divine beings to reveal themselves to mankind. The UFO wave in the 50s up to the end part of the 90s (when the metallic types were mostly seen); were of some classification lower than what he describes and expects as the ‘divine class’ which would manifest pure ethereal qualities.

In closing, I believe that what I have encountered in 2001 were extraordinarily of this classification as what Dr. Hurtak describes.

It may interest you to know that the account/video documentation (e.g. divine light) and of the other graphic representations (clues and symbolisms) I have, remain unmatched/unparalleled so far, even as ten years have passed.

By this time, I don’t know what will happen next if I ignore this renewed call. They – the aliens or divine beings as I now would put it, also took a hard effort of unveiling themselves and it might well mean angering the gods completely if I abandon my tasks again. I cannot specifically disclose at the moment what these are about but this I tell, I’m pretty certain it has something to do with the 2012 endtimes scenario/scare.

a) An occasional freelance writer relying upon one client but job contracts are intermittent, unstable. I don’t actively scout for new contracts.

b) Messianic priest engaged in spiritual contemplations in private but ready to announce revelations and actively engage this role at an appropriate time.
